Nice yellow straw. Powerful and elegant Muscat nose with citrus tones, nothing of typical raisins, very fresh. In the mouth the varietal fills us, with moderate acidity and a sweetness nothing cloying. In short, it is a modern-style Muscat.

“If you want me to sell you the Listán Negro you will have to also buy the Moscatel.” That stubborn vine grower told me, and that's how our MOSCATEL came about in the year 2000. I partially fermented the fragrant and scented must and then turned it off with alcohol until 16°. After two months I tried it and it was neutral, dull and even unpleasant. I left it in an odd corner of the warehouse in its 500-liter steel tank. Three years later tasting things I had there with some colleagues, I remembered and the unexpected happened: the wine was fantastic!!! Incredible what the time had achieved in that wine and I a lesson.
