Tintomonje harvest 2013 is the result of a blend (coupage) of two of our wines, the Traditional Monje and Hollera carbonic maceration. It has the best qualities of each one of them; the pleasant aromas of the Hollera in perfect balance with the mineral flavors so particular of volcanic origin of the Traditional Monje. Listán Negro 90%, Listán Blanco and Negramoll. Young, soft and very funny.

My story
Why not combine the virtues of two of our wines to satisfy a part of the public? We made an assembly at 50% with the Traditional red and the red Hollera. The first has a volcanic character, sometimes, little understood; and the second is very intense in the fruity of its aromas. The result is called softness.
