Cherry red medium layer, clean and bright. On the nose you have to let it open to understand its expression; ripe fruit interspersed with notes of rich wood, coffee, truffle and that varietal and indefinable feeling that traditional varieties bring. Mouth wide, tannins to be polished but can be taken already, balanced with a slightly bitter finish typical of the Listán Negro.
