Bodegas Monje is located in an exceptional enclave on the island of Tenerife, in the place known as “La Hollera” in the municipality of El Sauzal, overlooking the Teide. A long tradition of winemaking has accompanied the Monje family since 1750. Oak barrels and modern maceration systems coexist to give red, white and rosé wines a special character and flavour, which are perfectly adapted to the best gastronomy of the Canary Islands.
