Reservamos un menú Volcánico para dos personas con visita a la bodega. Todo excelente, el entorno, la bodega, el restaurante, la tienda, pero lo mejor de lo mejor, …el PERSONAL, así, con mayúsculas. El trato es exquisito, amable, muy profesional y al mismo tiempo, cercano.
Gracias!! …y hasta la próxima visita.

You will fall in love with this place with a soul, even if you are not a wine lover. Definitely worth visiting, the tour in the winery has an interesting “twist”!
We did not try the food, but it looked amazing!

Really loved the restaurant. The winery tour we did not enjoy, the tour guide was talking super fast and boring, as if she memorized the Wikipedia page about wine production

Tanto la visita por la bodega y demás instalaciones, como las explicaciones tanto históricas como técnicas al respecto de las mismas han sido perfectas, los vinos de la familia monje, como siempre, selectos para cualquier paladar. Pero sin duda lo mejor, es el trato de todo el personal de las bodegas monje, desde el guía (chapeau) hasta el último eslabón del personal, cualificado y dispuesto para ayudar al cliente.
Ha sido un placer!

Great tour and tasting
The building and views were amazing. Nice restaurant, only accessible by car. will visit again. we did tasting and tour. would recommend

A lovely way to while away time
We did the wine tour which was good but the part we enjoyed most was the wine tasting. We were served 5 lovely wines, good explanations about each. We ordered food to go with them, took our time and relaxed in the most beautiful setting. We then tried some other wines, because we could! No pressure to buy, lovely staff and the most lovely few hours.

Nice stay
We had a bigger tour and at the end of it we visited the Bodega. Friendly service, nice wines and nice food combined with it.

Great tour and great terrace to taste wine in the sunshine
Wanted to visit a vineyard whilst visiting Tenerife and decided on this one because of eco credentials on producing wine. Lovely old building and great parking. We booked online , for a wine tasting tour with Tapas. Warmly welcomed and asked if we were happy with the choice of tapas being offered that day, they did not offer a vegan choice but did bring out some salted biscuits that my vegan friend could eat. We were invited to sit on the terrace overlooking the vineyard until everyone arrived. We were then gathered up by the tour guide who took us on the tour which showed how the wine was produced , what is done with the waste produce , the cellars where it was stored and the underground bank where collectors store their valuable wine. The building is a real tardis as it goes several floors underground, its a stunning building and lots of interesting things to look at . After the tour we were escorted back to the terrace where we tried a young white and red wine and sweet rose which were accompanied by two savoury tapas and one dessert which although small were very tasty. It was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours sitting in the sunshine chatting and enjoying the wine. Several other people were enjoying the wine and cheese platter and other lunch items which all looked great. There is a small shop which has various gift ideas as well as the opportunity to buy some of the wine you tasted, which we did to enjoy later on in the holiday.

Nice wine
Interesting wine tour in a beautiful setting. Friendly welcome and a surprising, fun approach to promoting their wines. Very tasty and affordable wines!

Good experience
It was a really good experience and good wine and cheese. Nice surroundings, the weather wasn’t so good the day we were there. Good tour guide.

Monje wine estate
Enjoyable tour of the wine facilities followed by a tasting of 4 wines and 4 cheeses with a perfect wine-cheese pairing. Great taste discovery. My only negative remark on this visit is the main theme of the shop and part of the visit which is Wine and sex! Surprising and unsought theme for this type of visit. I like to buy a little souvenir from each of my visits but the vast majority of souvenirs from the shop other than wine are stamped Wine and sex and not domain de Monje. For what ?
