My story
When will you offer a Monje sparkling wine? Now we can answer that question that our clients asked so frequently. This has always been my unfinished business: I already knew how to produce it and even which Negramoll grape variety to be used. However, before I didn't have the means to guarantee total control of the process. Taking advantage of the fact that my nephew Alberto Monje studied winemaking in the cava region and he specializes in its elaboration, we created this wine with fine bubbles, of which we are extremely satisfied.
