About me
My story
For a long time I had been itching to expand the family and enter a world that was familiar to me but, at the same time, so new to me: craft beer brewing. With the aim of creating a local and innovative product, we embarked on this adventure that is having such good results. I gave our first brew to ten people who were in the restaurant that day. I only needed the acceptance of this small number of people to know that we had done the right thing.
