1. Information about the service
Bodegas Monje sells products made in the Canary Islands through their online shop built into their webpage. www.bodegasmonje.com.
The online shop will always indicate the availability of the chosen product. In the case that once the sale has been made, the product is no longer unavailable (due to damage, or whatever motive), Bodegas Monje will be in contact with the customer with details of how to cancel their order or to continue with the remaining items in the order.
2. Payment Methods
Payment of an order is always completed as soon as the item has been sold online and the total will be charged to a credit/debit card, bank account or Paypal. Once payment is completed the customer will receive an invoice detailing the information regarding the sale.
3. Delivery Dates and Times
Orders can be made 24/7 through the webpage and delivery usually takes between 2-7 working days (Monday-Friday). Please note, international shipping may take a little longer depending on location.
In order to deliver the best customer service, it is essential that the customer leaves the correct contact details and as much delivery information as possible so that Bodegas Monje maintain high customer service standards.
In the case that there is no one to receive the parcel upon delivery, the delivery company will leave a delivery note so that the customer can be in contact to arrange another delivery time.
Following article 4 of the Real Decreto 1906/99 act of 17th December, the client has 7 days after the purchase of an item to get in contact with Bodegas Monje and arrange a delivery or exchange.
